Exchange & Return

To start a return and exchange, please contact us by sending a DM or email.

All goods are non-refundable. We accept the exchange of items within 7 days after the receipt of goods. However, items discounted further than 15% are non-exchangeable.

Exchange is accepted only when sizing is not correct. If items received are faulty or damaged, please contact us through email or Instagram and send us photographs of your items. We will work as fast as possible to review your matters. Please be noted that items will not be considered faulty or damaged when they are damaged due to normal wear or tear, by accident or misuse.

Items must be sent back in their original condition. The following must be met:

  1. Items must be unworn and undamaged without deodorant, perfume and any stains.
  2. Items must have their hygienic stickers in place and all swing tags attached.
  3. Items must be put in the original package.

If there is a discrepancy with the above conditions, return and exchange will not be accepted.

You can only exchange once per order. Only the same item as returned but in a different size will be sent back to you.

As for domestic orders, goods will be shipped out within 5 business days after the receipt of the returned items. They will be sent back to the address as stated in the receipt of your order. When you send back your order to us, you are responsible for all the shipping fees incurred, except when items are proved to be faulty or damaged. No duties will be charged for Hong Kong orders.

RIMN reserves all rights to reject any return.
