After you place an order, your package will be mailed within 3 business days. A tracking number will be provided in a notification email. You may track your package on the website of the shipping courier.
Yes, you can! You may request us to send you the items separately if you can’t wait to wear our swimwear! Alternatively, you may request us to send you both items together once the pre-order item arrives.
The estimated arrival date of pre-order items is marked at Checkout. Normally, items will be shipped out within 3 business days after arrival.
Unfortunately not. Since orders are processed quickly, it is not possible to modify or cancel orders once they are placed.
If you received faulty or damaged items, please contact us immediately through email order@rimn.hk or Instagram @rimn.hk and send us photographs of your items. We will work quickly to review your matters. However, please be noted that items will not be considered faulty or damaged when they are damaged due to normal wear or tear, by accident or misuse.
